What did I do?
Finding clarity in the chaos.
When I joined the project, the product already existed as a working Discord bot — but the clarity of "what it is" was missing. New users couldn't understand the value quickly, and the brand lacked a unified style.
The website also needed a strong hero moment to signal competitiveness and the "arena" vibe. The team wanted something bold, clean, and instantly memorable.
What & Why
Competi is building a social prediction ecosystem inside Discord. The goal is simple: make prediction markets feel like a game you play with friends, not a trading platform.
My job was to design the landing website and shape how users understand the product, join the ecosystem, and start interacting with the bot without confusion.
We also needed to clean up interaction flows inside Discord — browsing markets, placing wagers, and checking PnL — and visually tie it all back to the brand identity.
Target Users
Discord-native
Communities involved in crypto, sports, gaming, and trading looking for engagement.
Prediction Users
Market users looking for a simpler and more accessible UI than Polymarket.
Casual Bettors
Those who want a purely social, fun layer without the intensity of traditional betting.
Server Admins
Administration who want powerful tools to keep their community active and entertained.
